Things to see and do
Maleny, Montville, Kenilworth and the villages along the Blackall Range are historic and charming. They encompass a unique rural community with rolling green hills and incredible scenery.
There are many national parks, rainforests and a multitude of walks which have now been mapped and feature in an annual ‘festival of walks’ every August to September.
Local vineyards, cheesemakers and providors, arts and crafts, artists, antiques and collectables with cosy tea rooms encourage relaxing, gentle meanderings to fill the days.
Throughout the year local arts and craft, wood and country shows and markets of local produce offer a glimpse into a rural community that moves with a gentler pace.
