After welcoming the morning with a full cooked gourmet breakfast, spend a leisurely day reading and watching wildlife from the large verandah overlooking the valley, or engage in more active pursuits such as a dip in the swimming pool or walk around the property.
A short drive will reveal some magnificent scenery, and offer up one of a myriad of walks in this picturesque area. Maleny and Montville can also provide a small retail dalliance, as well as great cafes, galleries and music.
Having worn yourself out, head back to the open fire, or in summer, to the poolside verandah for warm home made scones, tea or freshly ground coffee.
